It's November, which means the holiday season is suddenly upon us, and whether it's those irresistible Peppermint Mochas at Starbucks or the endless piles of Christmas cookies or the mashed potatoes, stuffing and pumpkin pie at Thanksgiving dinner, it's hard to get very far without thinking about food, right?

And yet, the thought of heading into January with an extra 10 or 15 pounds of holiday guilt doesn't sound all that great either. 

So what's the solution? 

Is it REALLY possible to fully enjoy the holiday season without totally going off the rails?
