It never fails. The minute you decide you’re going to start eating better or trying to lose weight, you find yourself thinking about food ALL THE TIME. 

It’s annoying right? 

Believe me, I get it. In fact when I think back to all the million and one diets that I tried before I was finally able to actually lose weight and get healthy FOR LIFE, the number one reason I failed was because I was just too damn hungry all the time!

And frankly, who has time to be thinking about food all the time? I certainly didn’t.

And so, inevitably I’d always end up giving in and falling off the wagon and eating the whole bag of Doritos or the entire tub of ice cream I knew was stashed at the bottom of the freezer.

But have you ever stopped to think about what’s ACTUALLY going on to make you feel so hungry?

Because, believe it or not, all hunger is not created equal. And if you’re ready to get serious about changing your habits, then it’s important to understand what’s actually going on, so that you can also better understand how to respond.

That’s why in today’s episode I’m going to walk you through the 7 different types of hunger and explain not only how to identify them, but what to actually do about it when that craving strikes.
